Patient Survey Apr-24

Thank you to all patients who filled in our April patient survey. You can review the results here.

Overall, there are improvements in multiple areas and we hope to sustain this going forwards.

70% of responses included a comment/suggestion and we are currently going through these to see what we can do to improve. One key area will be continuity as it’s something we don’t score so well on and is reflected in comments like “I never get to see the same doctor”.
