Patient Survey 2025

Thank you to all who have taken the time to complete our patient survey. We have had a total of 323 responses. The survey shows an improvement in a number of areas and 84% of the responses would recommend us to a local friend or neighbour. Please click here for a breakdown of the results. 

40% of people who responded were not using the NHS App. As a result, the practice will be developing educational resources to help encourage patients to use the App to access their records, results and request medication.
