APPOINTMENTS

Due to the recent cold weather, we will be providing a book on the day clinic on Saturday mornings until 31^st March. There will only be a limited number of appointments which will be allocated on a first come first serve basis for patients who need to be seen urgently.

Please note that consultations on Saturday mornings are normally by appointment only.

Making an Appointment

The 7.00 - 8.00am appointments and all afternoon and evening appointments can be booked up to four weeks in advance.

Morning appointments outside of these hours can be obtained by either phoning or attending the surgery between 7.00 - 9.30am Monday - Friday. This service is on a first come first serve basis so please call the surgery as close to 7am as possible to guarantee yourself and appointment.

Priority Appointments

If you are aged 70 or you are a carer, you will be eligible for priority appointment bookings. If you ring the surgery Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 12.30pm we will pre-book an appointment with the doctor of your choice (subject to availability).

Home Visits

If you are unable to attend the surgery due to a severe sudden illness and require a home visit, please try to phone us before 10.00am.

Do remember that a doctor can see several patients in the same time as it takes to do one home visit.

Telephone Advice

If the appointments for that morning are already fully booked and you feel you need to see a doctor urgently we will ask you for a contact telephone number and a doctor will ring you back.
