They can be contacted either by telephone on 0845 46 47 or via their website on www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk NHS Walk-in CentresThere are two walk-in centres, which are available to patients who require medical attention outside of surgery hours. They are based at: Charing Cross NHS Walk-in Centre Parsons Green Walk-in Centre Opening hours Monday - Friday 8.00am - 10.00pm Fees for Private WorkThere are some types of certificates, forms, vaccinations and medical examinations, which are not covered as part of the doctors' contractual NHS duties. The doctors reserve the right to decide if they are able to undertake such work and will charge accordingly. Details of charges can be obtained from reception. You may be asked to pay any fees prior to completion. Zero ToleranceIn keeping with the NHS, this practice operates a "zero tolerance" policy with respect to the protection
of its entire staff. This means that anyone who is violent or abusive in any way to any member of staff may
be removed from the practice list with immediate effect and without a second chance. Extreme cases will
result in being reported to the police. This applies to all patients and all members of staff, not just the
GPs, and includes contact over the phone. |
