Doctors and staff are contractually obliged to observe patient confidentiality at all times.
Comments & Suggestions
We welcome any comments and suggestions. Please present your views in writing at reception or by post to our practice manager.
Complaints
We have an in-house complaints procedure operated by our practice manager. Alternatively, you can contact the Consumer Service Manager at Hammersmith and Fulham PCT. Tel: 020 8846 6767.

Non-discrimination
We do not discriminate on grounds of race, age, gender, social class, religion, disability or sexuality.
We do, however, have a Zero Tolerance policy towards any physical or verbal abuse directed at our staff, which will result in removal from our list of patients.
Hammersmith & Fulham PCT will provide alternative arrangements for the care of violent or aggressive patients.
Freedom Of Information – Publication Scheme
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 obliges the practice to produce a Publication Scheme. A Publication Scheme is a guide to the ‘classes’ of information the practice intends to routinely make available.
This scheme is available from reception.
